What this app is, and what it is not.
What this is
A free application that shows where and when blood can be given, from the schedules the organisations it lists publish on their own public pages.
Not a medical service
The Can I donate check repeats the published rules of the organisation running the drive, or general ones when no drive is chosen, and nothing more. Whether you may give blood is decided by the doctor at the donation point, after an examination and a blood test. The questionnaire the app fills in is that organisation's own form, and you are the one answering it.
The schedule can change
The schedule is read from the organisations' public pages, and some drives are entered by the organisations themselves. It can change without notice, it can be wrong on the page it came from, and our reading of it can be wrong. Every drive carries its source and the time it was read, so it can be checked. The blood reserves are the figures each organisation enters itself, and they can be out of date.
A printed questionnaire
A questionnaire filled in and printed through this app is the organisation's own form, unchanged, for the organisations that publish one. Whether it is accepted at the donation point is the organisation's decision. Bring both sides on paper; the signature and the donor number are filled in at the donation point.
Your account
An account is not needed to read the schedule. What is kept with one is in Privacy, and all of it can be downloaded and deleted from Settings, at any time and without asking anyone.
Availability
The app is offered as it is, with no promise that it will be available, complete or correct: it depends on pages and figures we do not control, and it can stop working at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the author is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from using the app or from relying on what it shows: a journey made to a drive that was cancelled, moved or wrongly read, a decision taken on the blood reserves or on the Can I donate check, or the app not being available. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited, such as for damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence.
Law
The law of the Republic of Serbia applies.
